Take a look at FAIRE leather Co, which we've been discussing on this thread and also HERE. Their bags have more places to store things than any other I've used... and the styling is excellent.

Wishing you good health and happy bag hunting!

adding on to the Faire leather post
u could ask them if they could custom some of the compartments to be specific for syringes and what not. but they are still relatively new and may not be into custom orders yet

Ouch. I'm sorry for your condition. Hopefully the research on new non-prick optical blood glucose metering will yield usable products quickly.

Wouldn't it make sense to use a very small dopp kit, or the EDC pouches sold by the likes of Maxpedition and various military supply stores, so you can just move them from bag to bag as a unit, and possibly also keep spares in the car/office/first aid kit?

If it has to be leather, Killspencer makes a couple of organizers that are quite spiffy:

    sorry for off topic
but those two lady's bags are really amazing, the first time i feel how a bag can be built like a tank, haha.

Valextra, one sea lion and the other elephant.

i give them to my wife, but she is not as excited as me, and can't understand how rare they are:redface:

both are old stock, but i have no idea when they were made.

VERY cool. Love them. Valextra has some amazing elephant (and other exotic) bags. Definitely rare and a great find. Can you take a picture of the inside or the Valextra label?

Beautiful. Hopes one day I could afford to make those. Attachment is a vintage belt also from elephant leather :)

    Hi Evan,
Thanks for all the insight into Roth's bespoke briefcase. Yes, indeed. It has arrived safely and I am very pleased with this briefcase. Much appreciated.

what do people think about "waist bags" or historically known as fanny packs? I think most look really stupid, especially wearing it on the waist, but as a bandolier or shoulder strap, i could be convinced.

the aesthetic that i have liked the most is master-piece, which has some lux (leather) as well as more technical aspect. too bad they're expensive.

happy to take any other suggestions - many of the more popular brands look really flimsy and dad like, including east pack, NF
