When I first saw the band's name I thought it was a joke side project of Strawberry Alarm Clock, but these guys rock. If you like the Stones, the Kinks, or anything in between or beyond (esp. in a psych direction) you should check them out.

One of the greatest garage bands. You should also check the Standells. They both appear in "Riot in Sunset Strip", shot in 1967. Typical psychedelic exploitation flick, but it's a great movie for those interested in garage, and the music is great.

And of course, if you haven't got it already, get the Nuggets compilation. It's a great overview of 60's garage. But be forewarned, that garage is addictive as hell. Fuzz and farfisa!
