I miss my Chipotle... I used to go to the one on Wisconsin Ave, in DC near the Tentleytown-AU metro stop. I emailed them if they had plans for overseas expansion but they replied none yet.

Ah, good. Should have warned you about declining the hot sauce they put in the burritos for you. Makes lunch and the later part of the evening very uncomfortable.

No worries. I had the tacos (carne asada and chicken) and encountered no problems. But I have something of a cast iron stomach.

Sounds like they didn't give you the right sauce, then...

The carne asada is great, one of the better as far as taco stands go, but for some reason my default choice is the al pastor typically in the form of an all-meat burrito.

Along with horchata, of course.

I just ate a carnitas burrito w/ green salsa and guac. HEAVEN.

I don't care if it's "fake." It's ******* delicious and a good value. I've had tons of real mexican food, and tons of Chipotle. I like both and will continue to consume as such.

In Seattle, in the U-District, I'd rather go to Agua Verde than Chipotle. Assuming of course, that I am eating during their weird hours.

I mean it's "fake" in that it's not like real mexican food. It's about as Mexican as Panda Express is Chinese. But it's not fake in that it's real food that's good quality and tastes amazing.
