well, the philippines is fast becoming another call center city like bombay, and the cc places certainly don't look like that. okey dokey?

I was entertained.

But...

The guy that calls up to complain about his TV? Did nobody else notice the enormous scar which looked like he'd had the entire top of his head torn off and re-attached?
