Dear fellow members,
I´m a German law student and have been asked to talk about the case indicated above, choice - of - court clauses and how American courts usually deal with that now and how they used to. The problem is that there is very little literature, if any, available on that subject.
I know what the case is about, but other than that I have absolutely no idea what to say. Is there anyone out there who could give me a clue what to say? Any help is much appreciated. This is quite an important course for me, so please give me a hand.
Thanks,
