I watched yesterday the book of Eli.

Great movie. Featuring a world as Mad Max II and the Sergio Leone Eastwood trilogy that are a current in my life.

Talks about manipulation and a world in decay. Impressed me. Also a great industrial dark soundtrack.

Denzel needs to find another good role.

Gonna be tough because of his age. His leading roles are going to become rarer an rarer.

Lol, no, this movie was garbage.

The Road Warrior was awesome, though.

It's crap imo, one of the worst and cheesiest, post-apocolyptic movies to come out in a good while. THe heroin was diabolically badly portrayed as a spoilt and petulant brat making ridiculous, drama-queen decisions that were completely out of place for the setting she was in, and combined with the rather weak plot, it just didn't do anything for me.

if you want a truly good, gritty movie in that sort of setting, except 10x more brutal, then watch The Road with Vigo Mortensen http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0898367/

Trailer here , in fact one of the few occasions where the film is much better than the trailer.

After you finish it, you'll be thinking of it for some time to come.
