Carl - I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I have a Carhartt jacket from 9th & Chestnut I bought back in the mid-80's. It was on it's way out, but now I will keep it for a while longer....

Sorry for your loss Carl, my family sends its condolences.

When my dad passed he was the best dresser I knew as well and for a time I was uneasy with wearing his watch but now I would dare not think about leaving the house with out it. I have a few of his ties which I fit into the rotation and love dearly even though I fear that I cannot fill them to the degree that I feel is needed.

Sorry for your loss and thanks for sharing the memory of your father. I agree with others that it is wise to keep some of his clothing for your memories. I wore a pair of my late father's cufflinks today so his spirit could be present for a special family event.
