I saw some interesting discussion about a certain brand here. As such, I suspect I might have talked to a hacked Instagram account, a truly sober boss, or I committed some serious crime by reading StyleForum and learning about the existence of handwelted construction from @DWFII...

(Seriously, I don’t know what have I done wrong to deserve this. I asked about the pricing and last the day before, and did not have any “back-and-forth” in terms of quoting multiple models etc)

It’s Glasgow JR who writes like that, he often brings up how one must be miserable without wife and friends when you ask questions about their shoes they can’t answer, since they are tangled up in lies. Happened to me several times.

Just now asked one of my physical (aka non-existent) friends who clarified with me that, from what he knows, ACs are handlasted but GY-welted.

Now I need to go to sleep. My physical (aka non-existent) wife is waiting for me.

From what I've seen here and a few other places, you're not missing much. Youtuber Kirby Allison used to be a regular customer but he posted here that his relationship with Cleverly has run its course. He's not going to be purchasing from them again for awhile if ever.

He usually ends those conversations with saying that “This is *** of Cleverley customer service, Mr. Glasgow JR is very busy and can answer your questions when he is back.” It’s all quite hilarious and scary at the same time.
