I'm in agreement with @DorianGreen. Lazymans suck. Just get a loafer or a monkstrap if you don't want laces.
What if you’re a lazy man?

I have a pair of lazymans. I like them. Order a lazy man & then wear them around & get back to me. Mine are black wholecut. I’ve worn them with a tuxedo, suit and flannels / odd jacket. Find me a loafer or monk strap that can do that! Talk about versatile, man!

I'm not that lazy so I don't need lazyman shoes. Also I don't own a tux so no need to have a shoe that can be worn with a suit, tux, and flannel+odd jacket.

no idea, but I have multiple chelsea/lazyman, elastic loose has never been an issue
It’s never been an issue for me either. But, there are others who have worn them more. Right now, I just have a gaziano versatile-man & a Chelsea.
