1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Dear fellow Styleforum members. I cannot seem to advertise 6 pairs of like-new Berluti's in size 9.5. Do you guys know how I can add to the marketplace?[IMG]

Agree that is almost double the price of their RTW which Is pretty nice (Alessandro is gorgeous) and that is already quite expensive

I dont get it either. I think the regular brown ones cost about 1000 euros. Is this 2800 euros for the painted shark?

Maybe a big part of it is in the import duty

Something strange with farfetch prices. It shows me Givenchy sneakers at over 1200 euros and Loro Piana at 2300 euros.

Very nice but if I were to make a formal pump, I would go with an English maker. G&G was telling me there is only 1 guy left who can do the pump stitch.

There's a whole post on blind welt stitching on Carreducker's blog. It produces the tightest, cleanest welt possible and likely it's the best option for traditional shoes for smart occasions.

Pump stitch is not blind welted; it's Blake stitch done by hand.
