Forgot about Xmen First class, THAT is my favorite one. Story wise, Ironman 1 was superior, but a superhero flick needs some cool fights, and the first one didnĀ“t deliver much there.

Looks like it'll neither be Kree or Skrulls, seems like more Frost Giants from the Thor movie. :(

Since when do Frost Giants have spaceships and rayguns?

Loki could have given it to them?

Another possibility (these are not my theories), Alpha Centurions.

Hmmmm, yeah I guess Loki could give them the ships and weapons. It's just weird since they have natural frost powers. Of course it's an easy tie back to his story in the Thor movie so I could see them going that way.

The 2nd option may be it too, but seems a little obscure of an alien to me. I was certain it would be skrulls because Marvel had been hyping them up so much when this was in development and they could save costs on CGI by having them appear human sometimes.

Why does Cap's costume look so "costumey" there?

Cuz they listened to you and make it more comic-book-y?

Dark Knight is over rated and Star Trek was merely good.

Dark Knight is awesome and so is Star Trek.

Glad they're saving the Skrulls for the sequel.

I really can't see them doing two alien invasion flicks in a row.

Scale-wise, I feel like they are always going to need some type of invasion, world-domination type scenario to appease the average movie-goer. They can come in the form of an alien invasion (those obscure aliens RFX posted) or a singular cosmic entity (ala Galactus). We all know how the latter turned out but that's why I feel the Skrulls would work in a sequel. Hopefully, it'll be more subtle. If not, they could always bring in Thanos.

Did you ever read the final arc of the original ULTIMATES (Ultimate Marvel Avengers)? I could see them go that way, with them having to fight an evil version of their own team. Plus it could be tied in nicely with Loki.

The thing with the "fighting their evil counter-parts" is that a Skrull storyline would have that too (and more to offer I feel). The only "evil version of themselves" storyline I really liked was Crisis on Two Earths.

Dark Knight was pretty good but everyone wanks on about Heath Ledger's Joker, I found him annoying, what was with all the lip smacking and tongue poking? He was almost as bad as Nicholson.

    Star Trek was OK but it wasn't a Star Trek movie and it had some truely awful things in it, for example;

    Looks like the 1970s TARDIS.

And what the fuck was this?

But those things were awesome, not awful. Loved the movie.

JJ Abrams loves it for some reason, it's all over Super 8 as well.
