This is silly, but I'm going with seajen.
I appreciate that, but you're correct, that is silly. Upr_crust (one of my favorite posters, and not just because he's an anglophile) is wearing an awesome New & Lingwood suit with spectators! I, on the other hand, dont even have socks on.
One is sitting upright in a fine suit.
One is leaned over and in khakis with SC.
I think both are very well turned out in their respective attire. I would give both outfits an extra look if I were to see them sitting in a waiting area. I would judge them in different categories though.
I like everything about SeaJen's rig, save for the socklessness. crusty had me at the shoes, and I really dig the olive windowpane - that's where I vote.
That is exceedingly kind of you to say, SeaJen, and had you not brought it to my attention, I would not have noticed your socklessness It seems to be something of a horse race - we'll just have to see whom the general public believes knows squat about squat.
If we're talking about chairs, I think crust's chair is better.
I voted for Seajen cause I've never seen him win any of the contests. (In other words it was close)
I think upr_crust has impeccable taste and I don't think he could dress poorly. On the other hand, I think casual class is actually harder to pull off. I love everything about SeaJen's outfit (even the no socks). So I vote for SeaJen as well; I think the watch and pocket square pushed him over.
No point in wearing a tie and no socks, so I'll subtract points for that.
Upr for my vote
Can't get with the no socks thing with that outfit.
Upr Crust is perfectly turned out.
+1 for Crusty.
Thanks for the kind words, and I do believe that Shoeluv is correct - casual class is harder to pull off, simply because one has fewer means of achieving the desired end.
Nice outfit upr_crust.
Unbeknownst to most people upr_crust isn't actually sitting but rather has been squatting for the last couple of years in front of his chair. This intense workout routine is the fountain of his eternal youth.
