I am not exactly sure what to make of the new lookbook, but--as is the case with many things at the Armoury that are a bit different than what you see elsewhere--I certainly admire the effort.

The new Alden makeup looks nice and pretty versatile and the new shearling coat looks neat. I always like it when the Armoury tries new things because not many shops do develop new products themselves and very few put as much thought into their products.

Love it! So creative and cool.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get the RTW Model 3 with side adjusters instead of belt loops?
Yes! As the other members mentioned, at our NY shops we are able to create side adjusters on most RTW trousers using excess material.
Love the new illustrated F/W 2020 lookbook! Really cool.

Thanks! We'll of course be following this up with some street style and more mannequin imagery to show more detail.
Love all the drawings, but especially the Apparel Arts-y illustration at the end.
Thanks Derek!

How many weeks of drops do we still have? Already blew my outerwear credit but can still swing a knit or two.

Very interesting concept and execution based on current world situation.

Agree with Derek on the last pic, also really like Dick Carroll’s pic, and Pearl Law’s (really like the sport coat in Law’s pic)

What colour is it? On my screen it seems like a mottled grey.
Pictures please :)

My first impression is that the jacket is the nicest piece of clothing I own and possible the nicest sportscoat I have ever seen. Not at all what I expected in terms of heft or touch. Exceeded my expectations in every way. One quick photo below.

Can you clarify what you mean?

Also, the jacket looks very nice on you.

Thank you.

looking at the jacket, the texture... I’d expect it to be coarse. Not sand paper of course, but not what it is. Don’t get me wrong, it’s textured so it’s doesn’t feel like cashmere but it is in no way coarse. It’s pleasant to pinch with your fingers, while at the same time textured. I don’t know if I’m making sense. I’m not gifted with words in this way.

Regarding heft, it’s a heavy fabric. But the model 3 structure makes it seem light, airy and roomy. Don’t get me wrong your going to sweat if your wearing it on a 75 degree day, but below that - your going to love it. I run warm, but I think I’d wear this without an overcoat into the low 40’s or high 30’s. For a SC with full lining that is unusual.

Take all of that with a grain of salt. I’ve had the jacket for 4 hours and only wore it in my home office.

I’m very happy with it.

so what do people feel about the Armoury jacket (not Ring Jacket, Model 101)? I always like structured jacket, but not sure about this, at least per picture, feels a bit lacking on "character" (or I just like the French structure rather than this type of structure jacket).
