The state of architecture is depressing right now. I haven't seen a building bigger than a bathtub in weeks that's even worth posting. How fucking bad is it? This building was on the cover of Metropolis magazine last month. It's like a house. With like....some angular shit on it. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Regardless of the recent paucity of good examples, please accept my thanks for keeping this thread alive with your posts.

You're not supposed to read this thread, much less enjoy it. This subforum is for arguing about BMW interiors and asking which countertop will get you laid.

There are only three or four of us keeping this going. We can't even afford a secretary to get the memo out. We're like our own real life architecture practice.

LOL. maybe start threads for country club architecture or BMW art cars and go from there?

Instead of posting pictures of buildings, we'd be better off posting lifestyle pics of people near architecture. Next time Fuuma models his sister's pantsuits in Paris, he should do it at the Quai Branly. Or if a picture of Conne eating a bagel inside the Pantheon exists, now would be a good time for it to arrive in my mailbox.

good thinking. a thread for people to post art and architecture they own might draw a crowd too.
