1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

You should tread lightly on this subject, Mr. Dad Jeans.

That and the photographer is shorter [IMG]
Thank you for this. It is indeed a lovely coat. It is a pity I cannot wear DBs well. I am short and have the hips of a Russian grandmother. I do intend to try three patch pockets on a SB coat, however. My tailors are not A&S expatriates, so any pictures will be limited to another thread :p

Neither is mine, but these A&S folks wanted to see a Moonbeam jacket.

Despos is an honorary member, but mostly because of the discount that he has promised me.

makes me think of Woody Allen. " I wouldn't want to belong to a club that would have me for a member"

^ I saw their last American tour in 1982 before they went into a cycle of breaking up and regrouping...performance was at Smith College, of all places.

What a drunken orgy that was. Very satisfying. I could give Jlib a run for his money.

Oh, their opening act? These guys:

In 1982, each morning I was greeted by Space Age Love Song on MTV [IMG], describing exactly my sentiment when I met my wife 6 years later in college.

I like that a lot. Also shows how the sleevehead starts being built up like a typical roped military shoulder...when did you get that jacket?

    It's from this year.

There is no padding, but a little bit of wadding in the sleevehead. If I had my druthers, I would do without it, but this is not a tailor you can dictate to. Anyway, it looks more pronounced in the photo than it does in real life. Edwin's stuff for me has the same touch of wadding, as does all the A&S stuff I have seen.
