  1. Boys, I just took delivery of my MTO Golden Brown CXL MacNeil's. Very happy with them -- the tone of the golden brown Horween leather is very nice. Here are some snapshots and specs listed below.

Holy crud, those are pretty stinking awesome!!! Hmmm. I wonder how a Rutledge with a similar style would look.

That's what I am thinking! A boot would probably be cool too.

I absolutely love these pictures. Any more of this shoe in the wild?

How did you size this shoe?

That's just fantastic. Was the outsole included in the base cost or was there an upcharge?

Quote:Excellent thanks! I was at the Atlanta retail store and overheard a SA talking about what would be included in April. Only caught one or two and didn't ask but thought I heard Franciscan, or was it the Mora. I dunno. But the sale price is helpful information to have! And those Townleys are awesome!! I take it those are a recent make up? I'd love to have more shoes on the 511.

I'm hoping it is Mora. Those are on my list.

What would you get a Mora in? CXL or shell or shark?? :)

I liked the burgundy shell on brown edges Moras that were posted here no too long ago. And I don't have any monk straps at all...

I actually may just get a stock color/material. I definitely don't want to spend shell money on them. I will get the darker brown of the two brown tones they offer. I'm trying to get a cap toe (perf. or straight tip) blucher MTO going. I just emailed Allison to get my model options.

Maybe slightly off-topic, but with the CXL MTOs it had me wondering - how do you guys care for CXL? Just the standard cleaner/conditioner then premium polish, or do you have to use something like leather lotion or whatever instead?
