^unfortunately I don't think you can change welt types
Where did the pic of the blue suede tassels go? Weren't they in this thread?
Pastor, if my memory serves me correctly, someone on the main thread posted them. They were seconds of the MTO that someone else commissioned.
Anyone know if it's possible to burnish shell cordovan? I was thinking a kenilworth in brown cordovan.
I answered your question in the other thread, remember? Shell cordovan is not burnished the way calfskin is.
Trying to do that will just cake polish on top of the finish, as it won't be absorbed like on calf or cow.
Shell develops rich Patinas and color variations over time through use and exposure to the sun.
Looking for some inspiration....Any MTO'ed FA or PAs with a semi-casual sole? Thanks!
Have you seen Sub's Leeds?
Nice, but I wanted something I can wear that is still semi-formal for the work week that provides traction. So something like PA or FA with a danite sole. Maybe even in an open lace style?
BADLANDS COMFORT SHOES on the welted 511 Last (fudge welts-stitching on the welt)
Natural Chromexcel leather uppers( brown leather edge instead of the cream one)
Natural edge and welt
Red Dainite rubber sole
What you guys think?
Chromexcel on Danite?
Any pics or something I can sorta visualize?
Best I could find quickly. From Monarch Goods.
Nice! This is definitely in consideration. Maybe even a bit darker to keep it more formal.
Yeah, shouldn't be hard to go darker. Pretty sure that is Natural CXL.
Isn't there also the rush street?
