I'm selling my 947 'All Weather Walkers' in a size 12 B/D (Barrie last). Brown calfskin, phenomenal condition, with the box (will do my best to track down the shoe bags, but we're currently mid-move), and hardly any wear to the soles.

Barrie last usually runs generous in the toebox. They might be worth a try on since you're nearby

9.5d is tight in suede and other plain toe shoes. I seem to recall trying 9.5d in Alden’s Cordovan PTB’s too.
