I am a size 10-10.5 D or E in most Alden lasts. These 10.5D 379x are equivalent to around a 10D barrie. Some posts on the forums state that the 379X last should be sized the same as the barrie. This is NOT the case in my experience. I believe it should be regarded as a TTS last.
