WTB - still looking for a color 8 chukka. Prefer antique / commando but definitely flexible. C'mon guys. I know there's an 8.5D barrie chukka sitting in someone's closet collecting dust.

Looking to move a pair of 9E Alden boots in black shell cordovan. Antiqued leather sole, with brass eyelets and speedhooks. Vibram rubber outsoles with very little wear. Produced for Leffot, originally on a crepe sole, as Walter boot. Uppers are in great condition, these have been looked after well. Barrie last. 450 USD.

Guys,

Looking to move these 9D Ravello plain toes, built on Aberdeen,, which were a special make for Sid Mashburn. These are unique in that I have never seen any rare shell plain toe make in anything other than Barrie. I really like these but I simply have too many shoes and haven't worn these in close to a year. They are in pretty good shape though I just noticed a mark on the inside of the right shoe. Never noticed it before. I picked these up from a fellow SF-er and do not have the original box. To compensate, I will include the brand new Alden-branded trees that are displayed in the pic's. As always, pay attention to the shots without trees as they display minimal creasing. Price of $650 is firm and includes domestic shipping but not PayPal fees. Here's some pictures....

Apologies if I already asked before, but where did you get the flush toe caps done? I went to Ullrich Repair downtown and they really did a poor job of putting on topys on my Vibergs...really bummed. I then tried our Northway in Ross, and they did a great job on topys, but haven't tried anything more complex like sunken toe caps or resole.

Apologies unnecessary as I don't recall you asking. I really like Ulrich but lately sometimes he can be hit or miss. These were actually home-grown. After getting some really good guidance from @oskrusa , I took the plunge and started doing them myself.
