2 pairs gone off eBay already, at 1400$ each. Very sad.I'm sure TSM will be pleased you trying to profit off them. And they will be able to tell who you are.

That is indeed sad. Just encourages the guy.2 pairs gone off eBay already, at 1400$ each. Very sad.
Well...as a kind of support to the gentlemen above. Just going to follow Mr. JSO1's step to let any alden folks on SF a chance before I return this pair with no mark up.
$875+shipping+paypal fee
The main defect on this pair is a piece of paper thin shell, which applied on the inner side and tongue of the left boot, caused the innerside heavily creased.
(although there will be no one interested in this pair because of the condition showed imho. This is also a kind of attention that if you see this pair back in stock on TSM, you know the condition beforehand)
oops sorry 8D on barrie of courseSize?
Honestly I was just trying to make a couple bucks... also, they didn2 pairs gone off eBay already, at 1400$ each. Very sad.
Naw, I bought one for me and offered the other two to people in another chat at retail. They didn't want them at that price and I am now in a situation where I need money. I guess I could return them... didn't know this sort of thing was a big deal.So basically you bought 3 pairs to resell?
I was just trying to be honest... I know for a fact people here sell pairs for more than they have bought them for.Guess it doesn't hurt to try, but.........
IF they had all been same size, and guy needed money due to something like COVID, well perhaps. The general tone was I want to make a profit and I got stuff you didn't, so pay me a premium and you can have them. I have no love for flippers. I have bought/sold many pair here and 99.,9% of the people I have dealt with are honest/ upright members of the forum, I know I have sold stuff at a loss, and have purchased things from members who are not making a profit. To post a blatant "I Want to make a profit" thing here is not in keeping with the tone of the the general thread. I don't begrudge my fellow members making a slight profit, but for God's sake don't state it up front.

It's not such a big deal, it just comes across as "I bought a bunch or rare shell, in a number of sizes, to flip and make a profit"Honestly I was just trying to make a couple bucks... also, they didn

It's crazy how fast people's financial situation can change, I clearly wasn't spending $2400 on shoes during hard times...If you need cash right now, you should never try to become a dealer. BAD IDEA.
Of course people try to make a profit if they can, that is capitalism, but to state that up front seems like intentional flipping for profit. Ask a reasonable price and see if any of us here are willing to buy,I was just trying to be honest... I know for a fact people here sell pairs for more than they have bought them for.
I get that. I offered the LWB to a member here at cost, I offered my boss the cigar boots at cost, and I was planning on keeping the chukkas... sorry if I offended anyone. When the exotic shell was available I kinda panicked knowing how quickly it sells. It's not such a big deal, it just comes across as "I bought a bunch or rare shell, in a number of sizes, to flip and make a profit"
Someone got some nice shoes/boots I guess. Overpriced in MHO, but ......all 3 were up 30 mins ago and now the LWBs and cigar boots are no longer there. That’s all I’m saying
I honestly thought making $100 per pair was reasonable. Apologies if I offended anyone.Of course people try to make a profit if they can, that is capitalism, but to state that up front seems like intentional flipping for profit. Ask a reasonable price and see if any of us here are willing to buy,
