Guys - apologies for quoting my own post but I don't seem to be able to edit the original. Just wanted to let everyone know that all the shoes/boots are no longer available.

I'm looking to move 3 and possibly 4, pairs of boots, as follows:

1. AoC AF133 - color 8 shells on TB, size 8.5D. Note that the flat welt gives TB a slightly sleeker profile. $550 net to me shipped domestically in original Alden box.
2. AoC 51 - formerly color 8 on commando converted to black on single flex leather. Grant last 9D. $350 net to me shipped domestically in original Alden box.
3. Jcrew Caps - color 8 size 8.5D barrie - $350 net to me shipped domestically.

Odd that you should ask as I just was in a PM with someone about the same thing. I Brannock a 9D, however I find 8.5 in Plaza, TB and Barrie fit my foot the best. I can wear a 9 (TTS) but it's just not quite as "right" as 8.5. I can't explain feeling of the footwear, other than 8.5 feels better when on my feet. I sometimes doubt the Brannock measurement, but that is what my Orthopedic MD says, so I sort of trust him.

My feet are "odd" Had a text conversation with Ealdwine about this. I'm also an 8.5D in Aberdeen loafers, probably the only person who prefers 8.5D in all those lasts . Also the 379x in 8.5 feels better. I can't explain it, other than it took a long time and a lot of $$$ to figure it out.
