Not for all of us! Recently learned I’m actually a 7.5E in TB. But there’s zero chance of me finding that size on the secondary market.

Get ready for a new challenger - I'm a 3E width. Even the barrie last only makes me go down half a size. It's tough out here for an outlier searching on the 2ndhand market.

I’m a 9 Brannock, exactly between D and E on the device. I wear D in TB and Barrie but feel like I could easily wear C. Those lasts are indeed very generous.
