These boots were officially labeled color 8 shell cordovan but the consensus was that Alden made a happy little accident and made these in Color 4. These boots were not faded at all so you clearly see that they are not Color 8. Color 4? Color 6? You decide. Whatever the official color, they're a gorgeous shade of shell cordovan.
