Its not the glasses man folks these days try to find the nerdiest glasses now to pick up woman. I can wear any kind of glasses and still get some numbers man. its how confident you wear them just like your clothes. If you feel uncomfortable then girls will think your weird not because of you, but how you act because you feel uncomfortable. I wore 'bigheadz' sunglasses once for kicks and giggles and still managed to pick up some numbers wearing severly overly larged non prescription glasses.

Stop looking for people to pat your fucking back. Grow a pair and go live your life OP. Close this damn thread. How you look means jack shit stop making excuses. A better start would be to get off the damn computer.

A lot of you dudes aren't much as teachers, lol. "Dude, just go out and fuck a bitch, man up!" isn't going help this guy that much.

FWIW, I have a lot of ideas for OP if he just wants to fuck some bitches, he's in a good enough situation, but I don't know how much money he has to spend. It's not always cheap. On the other hand, dude needs some personality development apart from the sex, so it'd be more than worth it, I think. Guy can't expect to go through life like this. Some of my ideas are so good and guaranteed that I don't even really want to share them in the thread, but OP can pm me if he wants.

Foremost, though, what op needs isn't necessarily sex, well at least at first. Dude needs to figure out how to have a conversation with other human beings. You can't just walk up to a girl and grunt at them and expect them to get naked for you, that's not how it works. What you need to do my friend, is learn how to ply people's egos. Everybody has an ego, everybody is interested in themselves - the people who get along with other people the best and get loved by all - those people have the gift of being able to shut up and listen, and merely pepper conversation with bits that help the conversation go further. You let other people talk about themselves and their thoughts, and you act genuinely interested and encouraging. I feel that OP is probably stuck at this point, where he wonders why he needs to be interested in other people's shit. You need to learn how to keep a conversation flowing, my friend, so that yes, you can fuck bitches too.

Second, why are you setting yourself up for rejection? Do not follow other people's advice of going to bars to look for bitches to fuck, you are the low man on the ladder. You aren't a skilled cocksman, women are going to see that on your face before you even do try to converse with them. Skip this idea until you've shot a few fish from the barrel, in fact I don't recommend trawling the bars for bitches until you've got basically all of the mechanics down and you're in the bar just looking to clean up the crumbs that get left behind. You need to fuck some bitches to get you going firmly in the right direction before you're out trying to do pick ups. I'm not talking buying hookers, I'm talking putting yourself into a situation where you can earn your own lays, albeit easy ones. Remove yourself from your sty of self pity and rejection.

    This.

    And this.

Be proud of your heritage. Despite being here since you were 5 years old.

Take pride in who you are, what your roots are. That would be a good start.

    And I missed this.

I'm a FOB. I don't smell. And I eat lots of curry. Love it.

I don't know what you mean by being traditional, but, despite being traditional, I've had a fair share of, lets just say.. quality time with the fairer sex, here in my new country.

...Again, just starting taking pride in your roots, and things will change for you.

...yes, that was written in haste - 'start taking pride in your roots'.

    I'm a FOB, remember ;-)

Like its said, "gimme a break, English is my second language!" (said with a total thick Indian accent!)

Just as an FYI, the word I was looking for is ਭੰਗੜਾ. All other spellings are alternatives.

I do like me some bhangra and listen occasionally, like Garry Sandhu, PBN, and a lot of the more contemporary artists in the UK. Don't care for classical bhangra stuff. I like how a lot of younger people have successfully integrated bhangra with urban music. Good stuff!

But being South Indian, I don't know Hindi or Punjabi, so it's like listening to foreign music.

I've never ever seen it spelled 'bangara'. It doesn't even make sense. :\

I spelled it phonetically the way my wife pronounces it (she is Punjabi); it's a transliteration from a different alphabet, which means the "correct" spelling is subjective; why do you care?

I'm not sure how your wife pronounces it, but the word has a heavier 'b' to start, hence the h at the beginning. The 'a' after the 'n' doesn't actually exist, but I can see how the slight pause in the middle might trick you into thinking so. There may not be a true 'correct' spelling, but there are more accepted spellings, especially to native speakers. I was just trying to inform you since you may not have known better, no offense intend.
