Any suggestions on AEs that pair well with this special sock?

ouch, ACL?
Yeah, tore it March 6 when a guy in a work van ran a stop sign to keep up with his colleague, across three lanes of traffic directly into a left-turn lane to make a u-turn--rather than exit the gas station from the other side which had a light where it's safe to turn left--and i had to dump the Vespa to avoid painting his van. At least i got it down to 20-ish from the 45-50 i was doing prior. Knee was the first thing on the pavement, with the scoot and my weight fully on it (scoot approx 370 pounds full tank, me about 185).

Only took three months for the MRI (Jeff Kwan at walter reed decided i needed to do 6-8 weeks of physical therapy first just to make sure it wasn't a sprain) then another 2 for the surgery.

Pretty quiet around here. I’ll actually post a shoe shot (rarely do that anymore!) Mass Drop chukkas are great. I’ve got olive, sand, and snuff. I’ve got my navy Sonorans, but would have been nice to have the navy and black MDs as well!

MD Chukkas are so nice! Wish AE would just make that model and release during a Shell TS.

Is that a diminuitive Pick-up truck to go to the beach or grocery shoping, if the road should get bumpy with holes, and full electric for suffcient range to the next grocery store or beach?

Is it not a little bit small for these adventures on the weekend? Would a Ford F 150 V8 be more suitable for this?

;-)

Best regards from automobile land

Monoblock style wheels are kinda sick.

Offtopic: Do you have sufficient charging stations in the USA? I guess you picture of the electric pick-up truck was taken in the USA. Here in Germany the charging stations infrastructure is insufficient if one does not own a free standing house with a private wallbox/charging station to charge the car over night.

I’ll say from the beginning, I’m saying this matter of fact and not offended. I'm saying this as it appears you may have misconceptions or trolling, which either way I'm happy to spread the gospel. Also, I hate how this site screws up on chrome on my iphone and reloads randomly and excessively, losing my place and text.

It's a 7000lb 800+hp quad motor truck that is competition for an F150 size truck. I challenge you to find a factory vehicle that can wade through 39 inches of water (Cybertruck, Jeep, Bronco, and Range Rover all are less than 36 inches btw). Or that can tow a 6000lb trailer through the quarter mile faster than a Raptor can run it by itself.
320+ miles (74-78mpge is my average) range is plenty to get to the mountains and back with range left. In fact I can tow my Rx7 there and back on one charge.
I’m from the Texas panhandle (no, I didn’t ride a horse to school). I would never buy a gas or diesel truck, nor any of the electric competitors; never would I buy a Ford, Chevy, or Ram at all. I’m a car guy, but my wife said suv or truck. I did look at the Bronco because they look neat and can be had with a manual (but I hate Ford blinkers and Ferragamo the ecoboost. I HATE the 2.3L especially), a Taycan (😞 wife said no cars), and some other electric competitors. The only ones I looked at that I would consider were the Macan or a Cx5/Cx50. I’m a Mazda guy through and through (Miata, Rx7s, Mazda3), and I felt a bit bad not supporting Mazda again (we’ve bought my wife two Cx5s). The Cx50 would have been the more fiscally responsible choice too. But, we drove the R1T last year and fell in love with how stupidly hilarious and comfortable it was.

I have a level 2 charger that can supply 48A of 230/1/60 at our house. It's plenty, and with 300+ miles if I charge it up all the way (70% is my typical - 231 miles) I have yet to need to charge out and about. Yes, if we were traveling cross country we would probably take the Mazda or fly. But, we COULD get cross country in the Rivian. I'm in the Phoenix area, with close to 100k electric vehicles registered, so I've got plenty of charge locations (especially now that I have access to Tesla chargers).
Monoblock style wheels are kinda sick.
Think Lancia rally wheels (or any of the turbine wheels) as my inspiration. Definitely a different look, but they’re literally one of a kind and if I say myself quite nice at that!
