I personally found the 108 has the most instep room in balmorals. The 201 is better for most people than the 65 (they fit the same to me though). The 1943 can provide a lot instep room if you go up 1/2 size from your usual size (it's a shorter last).

Well, that was certainly my experience. As for AE, the closest I came was with the 108, 511, 201 and 97 And that usually came with an increase by 1/2 or 1 full size.
