Not really, the color spectrum on standard offerings has gradually been reduced. I suspect that moving forward you'll only be able to get RTW shoes in very standard colors and the "colorful" variations will be available through customization, like Carmina.Even then, I think it's likely a waste of money here. Especially as AE has tons of colours already.

Not really, they've been basically offering a reduced number of standard colors in calf and a special yearly color. Last year it was burgundy, this year blue. Suede is a bit more dynamic.DIdn't they just add in a ton of colours in calf and suede like navy and another shade of burgundy?
Didn't suede get tumeric and bone and such?
One thing AE does is they like to offer nice colours.
