    It's not required, but it is helpful if you guys include the names of the colors you used somewhere in the design, or in the text of your post. As with the first contest, we'll create mock ups of each of the ties so they are uniform.

    Do you need the "widths' ratio" as well? (Mine is 1 - 2 - 8, meaning 1 (dark grey) is the smallest possible stripe, 2 (navy) is two times that, and 8 (dark brown)... well, you get the idea.

    It's not really necessary. And it's likely that we'll have to modify the designs slightly for feasibility--I don't think we can do a hairline stripe, for example.
