I read Johnnie Cochran's obituary and it referred to him as being "natty and well-dressed"

That was difficult to read and understand.

On a more positive note, Trump does offer a ray of hope to other cheesy, tacky, bloated, unattractive billionaires with bad comb-overs who, too, aspire to marry a supermodel one day.

"...the classy duds from the 'Trump Signature Collection' will bear the Trump family crest."

There is more wrong with this sentence then I am capable of chronicling.

My fav line form the article has to be:

"This will be high-end men's wear," he told Newsweek. "We already have tremendous interest."

If Trump suits are "high-end", then will someone please explain to be me what is Attolini? Stratospheric-end?

    Jon.

Oh, I don't know about that. Try this:

"Donald Trump is the antithesis of all that is correct in sartorial matters."

(imageWIS @ April 08 2005,13:27) "TRUMP" and "SARTORIAL" cannot be in the same sentence, ever.
Oh, I don't know about that. Try this: "Donald Trump is the antithesis of all that is correct in sartorial matters."
    That's still blasphemy. Jon.

"Trump is really an icon for the 19- to 38-year-old person who is either starting a business career or who is aspiring to be successful," said Brody, whose company has manufactured clothing for Albert Nipon, Evan Picone and Russell Simmons' Phat Farm line.

That track record doesn't give me much hope . . . sort of like a political consultant with "Dukakis" on his resume.

(For the record, I owned two Evan Picone suits in law school and my first job after law school that were completely serviceable.  But definitely not high end.)

There is obviously a spelling mistake here - that kind of 'classy' is spelled with a "k"...

Does anyone else here figure we'll be seeing this line at Value City in about nine months?

Well, you can't fault the guy for not being an optimist.

"With Trump's name on the label, Brody predicted the demise of casual Friday, or at least the resurrection of formal business attire the rest of the week."

Well, that would actually be nice to see, but I doubt Trump has that kind of clout.

edit: Yeah, what LA Guy said. It's probably just marketing hype...

Sheldon Brody is minting it with his Phat Farm and Baby Phat deal, however he may end up getting the "DTs" with his DT line of clothes.
