Testosterone Injections

I just started, with the assistance of my doctor. This stuff works wonders!!! My levels were around 160 which is really low. Since the injections i sleep well at night and i'm focused throughout the day. Also, a super-boost in sex drive. Anyone else on the board receiving testosterone injections? What are your results?

was on various tests and roids from 20 to 30 pretty much non stop. side-effects are overblown. make sure that you taper off and that you use arimidex or HCG when coming off. your nuts will shut down for awhile.

are you getting from an anti-aging clinic?

How much of your strength do you contribute to using?

it helped size and tendon strength a lot.

when i started i was 210lbs. at my heaviest, 284. now, 236. (part of this was conscious weight loss as i looked like a gorilla)
kept all my strength, in fact, stronger now than when i was on 2 grams a week.
maybe muscle maturity, better form, dunno.

i took it a bit too far and would still be on if oi didn't get **** from my wife.
best stack IMO is deca/dbol. has been for 40 years.

without test? just curious, because old school guys like deca&dbol,
most guys now are test only for their basic cycles.
(I presume your 2 gram days weren't just deca/dbol.)

test alone sucks. always took sustenon 250 also though as part of stack.

Methinks the OP isn't taking it as a steroid, but because he as the testosterone serum level of a 10 year old boy. Normal levels are from ~300-1300ng/dl in a man his age.

Good work taking care of the issue. Values that low can lead to severe issues if they aren't taken care of with hormone replacement.

Ignore my ignorance however is there not a danger of falling into a depressive state should you ever go off them?

I assume however under medical supervision this should not be a problem.

I take Testosterone, but for a different reason. I've been dealing with a chronic medical problem for over 17 years, beginning when I was 39 yrs old. The problem is primarily due to internal scar tissue, the result of a freak accident when I was 19 yrs old. I'm on 2 or 3 different antibiotics at all times (just to "break even"), and I take a number of other meds including pain meds. I have good days and I have not-so-good days (fortunately they're now mostly good). I've seen every kind of specialist imaginable and the general consensus is...nobody has any idea of how to fix the problem. About 6 years ago my doctor (my GP/endochrinologist for 20+ years*) decided to try putting me on Testosterone cream. My levels had dropped below 300 and my Doc felt that Testosterone could help build up my body's natural defense mechanisms, and he hoped it would also help with my biggest problem...severe, at times overwhelming, weakness. . Within weeks I began to feel significantly better. Huge improvement to quality of life. About a year ago, after years of my testosterone levels being back up and well maintained, we tried to see what would happen if I came off the cream. Almost overnight my problems took a nose dive. After I had spent a rough week mostly confined to bed I was put back on the cream and once again the response was dramatic. Following that experience we definitely have no intention of stopping the testosterone treatment again. And yes, it does indeed improve sex drive.

*FYI- In addition to the aforementioned health problem, I've been a Type 1 Diabetic for 33 years. I am very well controlled...I test my blood sugars at least 4-6 times per day. My latest Hemoglobin A1c was 6.1 (not too shabby...least of all for a 33 yr. diabetic!). I've been using an insulin pump for the past 2 years (it allows me way more control than the daily multiple insulin injections). I'm a former president of the Juvenile Diabetes Association of Central Maryland and I'm probably about as knowledgeable a diabetic as you'll ever meet. And as the former owner of a vitamin manufacturing company my knowledge of nutritional supplements has been a tremendous help in dealing with my medical problems. And BTW, the testosterone cream has had a significant effect on the diabetes...Insulin requirements not only dropped by about 1/3 but there's less "spiking.".

is it just a blood panel

and what are normal range values for someone my age (23)
