Revocation of conditional release = what does it mean?
Juvenile delinquency
The second point means that the person broke the conditions of parole and were sent back to the big house.

Sounds like the test is meant to determine chances of criminal recidivism and the likelihood of a successful reintegration of a criminal into society. This is not, in my accessment, meant to be a self test. After all, the answers are rendered completely void if the testee scores a 1 or 2 in any the third or firth point of the first category. I grew up in Kingston Ontario, which every Canadian knows is the prison capital of Canada, and an old schoolmate of mine who works as a prison psychologist now administers these types of assessment on a regular basis.

For the record, I scored a 6 or 7 out of a possible 40. Does this mean that I should be locked up?

This is not a test for that.

The average score is 5 among the population, 22 among people in jail and above 30 you have got a big problem.

So, I'm slightly more sociopathic than the next guy. I blame it on my big mouth (point 1 of first category) which gave me 2 points off the bat. I also had to give myself an extra point on "Lack of remorse or guilt" because I write all sorts of things on this forum about the French, American politics, Captain Vasectomy, etc... and feel no guilt whatsoever. Without those, I'm like an angel. Great. Everybody loves a goody-two-shoes.

make of it what you will. i gave myself two points for criminal versatility, even though it probably doesn't mean what i think it means.
