We've all been to them, food, wine, or both. I've been to some that were very well done. Not oversold, well stocked and staffed booths, everything truly a pleasure. Then I've been to others that were just cattle calls and thoroughly unpleasant for many reasons.
So, thoughts on big ones like WS big tasting events in Vegas or NYC, or something like the http://www.hospicedurhone.org/ or this http://www.hotelhealdsburg.com/pigsandpinot/ ? Will they be so jammed and touristy that they'll be no fun? Anyone been or plan on going?
