This is my reason. I'm 27 and still go to wild drinking wedding and such - events where you want to look sharp, but don't want to risk a $1500 suit to a bottle of red wine or a slap on the back from a friend who just finished eating a buffalo wing. Thus, the need for something like this.

I've had cocktails spilled on all my nicest stuff. It's a risk that one assumes when hanging with women that like to party.
