    Hello,
I am 6'4" medium build and i have a difficult time finding a nice tall lightweight t-shirt with relaxed neck. If anyone is familiar with Diesel they rarely feature such shirts like the: T-Shave RS; T-Bagh-RS. I am very close to possibly going buying materials and going to a local taylor, alterations place and asking them to build some shirts, but thought i'd ask here first.

the issue with most shirts they are made for the average height of 5'8" to 6", so i end up with shirts that are usually my size but too short, either at belt level or even above the belt sometimes! i like my shirts to be relaxed and reach as low as covering my butt or right in line with the crotch. I feel very uncomfortable all year round when wearing short unfit shirts. I generally like to wear a t-shirt/sweater or t-shirt/jacket or just t-shirt all year round (living in Seattle), but it's important the t-shirt fits just right.

brands that are known for big and tall build excessively heavy poor quality t-shirts that you sweat in even during winter/fall season.

Does anyone know a brand specifically known for making tall lightweight t-shirts?
Does anyone know a place where one can custom build a t-shirt by giving out dimensions?

You could probably find something from T By Alexander Wang for around the $80 mark, which won't, obviously, be as nice as the Rick Owens shirts, but should still do the job.

Silent by Damir Doma could become your new best friend. Expensive (and not worth it, IMO) at retail but you can find them on sale or on Yoox if you're patient.

Topman has basic t-shirts. Longer than regular, longer sleeve (for long arms they're a godsend), wider chest (may need to size down). At £12 for two they're decent i'd say, assuming you're in the UK. Couldn't tell you how they hold up, still new to the forum stocking up on essentials and they've only been through one wash.
