Let's not count our chickens etc. If the tariff hikes go into effect on Dec. 15 and it's clear there will be not Phase 1 trade deal by YE, those twenties are probably going back into the teens.

Stop being a Debbie Downer.

Did you get my newsletter where I updated my model and told you to go to cash?

The corporate overlords are raising the 401k match

There will be some strings attached for future hires in the form of a vesting schedule for matching contributions, but for existing staff it is just free money!

Wasn't expecting to get a de facto raise today

My lawn guy who is shared by my neighbors priced himself out of leaf services this fall. Everyone passed on him since he started charging 4X his normal rate once leaves hit the ground.

That chart answers my question from a previous page to see the split in Medical Care Svcs.

Because people use too much of it and medical professionals know it and make people undergo tests to oblivion that you probably really don't need.

Care of invalids is only up 1.7%, so we're good.

It's also when people go to the doctor and something get's missed. Now that person wants to sue the **** out of them to make up for it. In response, the doctor is going to order every test possible to CYA.
