If I'm not mistaken, some NFTs have a perpetual share that gets paid back to the original owner. So they might get 10% of that sale.

In Japan (and perhaps elsewhere) properties where the prior occupant died of unnatural causes are considered stigmatized and not very desirable. People willing to look beyond that can score a bargain.

I don't know man, there's bad news everywhere, and energy could be a train wreck this year with low inventories of natural gas and LNG exports running at capacity to get gas to Europe and Asia (Europe in particularly bad shape, with gas prices at TTF as much as 10X what a "normal" U.S. gas price would be) so if winter ends up colder than normal, inflation looks even worse. Many times in the last few months, I thought we had a catalyst (I mean, Delta is turning out worse than the original strain, and market still rose), so I won't even attempt. Who knows, there is a good chance we will never see a correction from here, but very low growth over the next several years instead.
