Wish I could find the meme, but a coworker at a former company posted a terrific meme about a startup increasing recruitment. One panel said "why don't we explain the job responsibilities and how much it pays?" The second panel was someone shouting "add ninja to the title!" and the third was someone jumping out of the window.

I put some new cash to work yesterday and that's negative now. My saving grace is the length of time it takes to move money from a 401k to an IRA. Everything sold on 2/11 and I still don't have a check in hand. It was roughly 14% of my portfolio. I will take this little discount if that check ever shows up....
