Moved a taste back into SPY at the end of today's session. Bought it 5% under what I sold it at. Just a taste mind you.
"Taste" as defined by Piob: "Less than 1M but more than $999,999"

My company stock was doing well, then tanked, then doing well, then tanked. I hate having non diversified incentives. Just give me cash and **** off

Is a Biden win going to make the market sink or sail?

I expect a solid and uncontested Biden win will cause the market to "fall up" for a bit, but for how long and how far, who knows? I'm worried about later next year and the continued impact of COVID as well as the fall out from what has already happened.

With polls favoring a Biden win, i am guessing that the market’s already somewhat priced that in

Not sure if you've heard, but I have it on good authority we are "rounding the corner." From a very reliable source*

Yeah, and they also have a second stimulus priced in. Gonna be interesting to see how much that takes off

I think assuming any kind of rational consensus view can actually prevail across the US stock market is a bad way to visualize how it operates under our current conditions of chronic uncertainty.

I fell like this is a reminder that a lot of people are living on very thin margins right now.

Higher corporate and personal taxes combined with more regulation will cause equities to sail? Not sure how that works. I think what is going on now is mainly stimulus related, combined with usual bubble mentality. I expect S&P to be at 1/3 to maybe even half its current level by 2024 and not because of who wins the election, but because rationality returns to the markets..
