I mean, while it is yet another version of the corona employment chart and thus highly correlated with the other ones...

Well, I am sure there's a good chunk of money going from those workers into the stock market that is no longer doing as such (or pulling out) so it does have an effect.

Are there stocks for cleaning up after **** hits the fan or are we still in the slinging **** at the fan phase? Don't want to have to clean 2 or 3 times...

Yeah just a facile comment on how nothing seems to bother stock investors right now.

This one is a bit more substantive. CBO estimates nominal GDP will be $800 billion lower in Q2 than it had previously projected, due to the impact of COVID. Over the next 10 years, nominal output will be $15.7 trillion lower than it would otherwise have been.

Maybe JIH-NA will pay?

I have found myself reading less market commentary and blogs over the past month. Nothing I read is really going to change how I invest so rehashing the same stuff year after year just gets old.

Seriously though, we have:

China (trade deal, Hong Kong relationship, Huwei, etc)
COVID (associated job losses, supply chain breakdowns, deaths, etc)
Oil
Russia
Police Brutality Protests
Trump

Each of which would normally be front page news and control a news cycle.
