I was contemplating selling covered calls last week on it at $50, but we blew past that quickly lol.
I normally sell covered calls on all my holdings but the premiums were total garbage pre-election so didn't sell anything. Probably a good thing because I would've been called on everything.

the current state of the market scares me. I'm sitting this one out for a major dip. current market makes zero sense.

So are you 100% out of the market? If so, what dip would make you buy back in? How would you figure out "I was wrong" and get back in?

All-time highs beget all-time highs. The market is in an uptrend...

It’s still nice to look at, though. Felt like Scrooge McDuck checking my account balances today…
Yeah I’ve made a (notional) GT3 from the post-election blow off so far, which gives me complicated feelings.

That's why I am seriously considering selling everything. My stocks got a significant boost this week. I am sure those gains will be lost as soon Orange really gets going.

Debating how to fund a housing project. Have enough cash earning 4% with a comfortable remaining buffer if anything were to happen but also have some much appreciated QQQ in an account earmarked for housing specific expenses.

Taxes aren't a concern here but given future uncertainty, how would y'all pay for this?

Sell some QQQ and use some cash.

What's the cap rate on housing projects these days? What market segment are you targeting?
