Are you going to buy in small at every x% down? Or just out until 2500

I might move 25% back in post election, since I expect volatility to very high in the event there is a contested or unclear outcome. Remainder will stay in cash until 2500. Again though, I save close to 20% of my income which I continue to put into equities, so it's a partial, if very imperfect hedge.

So you are waiting for a ~27% decline from your sell price. If you are wrong, what is your re-entry price? When I sold my EMs, I bought back in at +10% as a signal I was wrong. I'm so good they have never returned to my re-entry price as they are lower :(

That is a very good question. I think we are in an equities bubble, and I know this isn't controversial as there are a lot of financial market pundits who make the same argument, some for similar reasons as I, others for very different reasons. It may take months, it may take years for the bubble to burst. I'd probably reassess my belief periodically to see how strongly I hold it, and I do recognize there is a very good chance I am wrong, but I'm willing to take that risk.

I waited too long to buy back in I'm thinking. Will wait out the week and see if there's enough turmoil to drop down to my limit orders, and if not filled, hustle ****** back in grabbing the delta that's left.

I wouldn't be surprised if a December 18 scenario happened this year. A lot of uncertain items out there.

Piob will have a lot of time on his hands soon so the complexity will give him something to do.
