There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

The difference with a B&M is that if I purchased something a few days ago and then walked back in the store a few days later they would just refund me the difference as stated on most receipts. If they didn't I would just return the item and rebuy it. It's not like I wore the item. It's still NWT. Anyways I didn't expect you guys to get so defensive lol.

Don't buy a thing if you don't want it at that price. Once you've bought a thing, changes to its price for any reason ought to be completely immaterial, except maybe within 12-24 hours. After-the-fact discounts are emblematic of everything that is wrong with modern/online commerce.

They only do that IF that's their stated policy. B&M can have final sale on sales items too. The point is that nothing guarantees your size would have made it to deeper drops. It's all calculated risk. You buy when you feel comfortable with the price and feel it may not last longer. If you felt you paid too much, you should have waited and risked losing it. Plus youre unlikely to be the only person to pay the new lower price. Why then is it fair to offer a lower price only to you when you were the only one willing to pay more? You outbid everyone else, now move on.

Most B&M stores in Sweden will not allow you to return stuff that you purchased on sale. At best they will allow you to exchange it for another item.

The reason I get defensive is because you already get a ripper deal with VAT reduction, then the item is reduced as sale stock, there are vouchers running around and then you have the balls to wonder why you don't get a further discount when they're simply trying to remove the very last of their seasonal stock.

Most stores only price match on full price items. If you return and item to say Barneys, you can't rebuy it until the next unless they have stock of the same item at that time. And pretty sure outside of US you don't get any returns in most cases and maybe price match and exchange.

Hey Guys, so sorry if this has been asked numerous times. I've never ordered from TBS, & i'm hoping to purchase those MMM 3-Strap High-Top Sneakers. For those in Canada, i was just wondering what to expect in terms of Custom fees. Thank you.

I ordered 3 items from TBS recently and paid around 25$ CAD in customs fee each time! I live in Montreal and they use fedEx...and fedEX ALWAYS charge customs fee from what I've seen so far! At least it's not too expensive!

I just ordered a pair of CPs and did not pay any customs.

On another note, this was my first purchase from TBS and I am thoroughly impressed. Free shipping from Sweden to Vancouver in 2 business days flat, and a better price on the product than any North American competitors.. How do they do it!?

I honestly don't know but as you said, they're blazing fast. Also, The guy at customer service, Jester, is very friendly and helpful when you have to make a return.

The jacket I've ordered at TBs was 150$ cheaper than other websites, shipping was free and took less than 5 days! It's hard to beat! What helps is the -20% tax you get when you are not in the EU. :)

It's not even 25 euro off for everything. I bought a pair of acne max cashes which are $160 and it only took off $27, but that's good enough for me.
