Additional 15% on sale items doesn't seem to be working for me.

Yeah mine had no tags either and the paper/cardboard that is usually stuffed into new shoes was just sitting on top of the shoes in the box so clearly a return.
Have sent them pictures as requested so will see what becomes of the situation. Unfortunately the colourway is sold out everywhere as well so not just an easy return and swap

As far as I know, TBS was the only stockist of that boot. I don't want them anyway, now that I've seen how bad the quality was. Not worth 475 bucks.

lol got the white screen when you go to check out, so I call their number and got a recorded message in swedish. Pretty sure it said something like "you actually thought you'd be able to reach a live person at the tres bien shop?!"

Just to update, TBS replied to the pictures of the dirty shoes by saying I could return them for free for a refund. When I said they were the last pair in my size in this colorway I could find anywhere they said they couldn't do anything for me except offer me one of their ****** 15% off codes which rather than just give to me straight away, I had to email them when there was something I wanted to buy and they would apply the discount.

I had almost the same thing happen to me last year when I got a pair of boots, where the return form from the guy returning them to tbs were in the box still lol. Luckily no sign of wear though

I ordered the Navy/Navy pair from them and there was also dirt on the sole, not as much as yours but still...

Since I wasn't planing on keeping them DS I let it go...

What size did you order. I returned a 12 recently. The blue looked really ashy compared to the picture.

So basically we can conclude TBS need to look into their returns policy. Bit disappointing to receive substandard product when purchasing luxury items
