So there won't be any customs fees when ordering to the US?

And if anyone has a code that they are willing to share pleeeease do so.

Except the guy above me asked first so give him it first, and if there is another I would be happy to have it :)

    Dear code whoring idiots,

If you want a code, use the WTB part of the classifieds section. If you want to sell your stupid code, sell them in the classified section. Next person (and the next person after that, and the next person after that, to do anything except for give one to someone else, free of charge, on this thread, will owe me a piece of merchandise, of my choice, from TBS, or pay a cash fine of the same amount. The amount will be exactly the cost of the item -15%. The absolute amount will depend on how good a mood I am in that day. So, if you are going to ignore this rule, you'd better hope that I am either in a good mood, or be ready to shell out for the most expensive thing that I can find on the site.

    Hugs and kisses,

    Fok.

Hey all, I emailed Tres Bien shop hoping to get a discount code for shoes. Unfortunately I got a 15% coupon for outerwear. So maybe someone here might want to use it.

    Outerwear code: BOOOM!

Serious question: Why do these shoes cost $405? http://www.tresbienshop.com/brand/white-mountaineering/jazz-original-navy-grey

They are a version of Saucony's classic shoe, the only difference that jumps out at me is that the soles on these are clunkier and more awkward-looking. I understand spending $400+ on leather shoes, the difference between nice leather shoes and cheap leather shoes is obvious even to people who don't know or care why they're different. But these are sneakers. Who buys these? Why? Why not just buy the $60 version from Eastbay or Zappos? Is there really that much pleasure or satisfaction to be had in being the only person in the room who knows he spent 8 times more than anyone else on his sneakers?

It's not 100% guaranteed that there won't be custom fees. I'm from Canada and the first time I ordered a pair of CP chukka sneakers and I didn't get hit with custom fees but then on their summer sale I got hit with custom fees for a couple pairs of shorts.

The custom fees weren't that bad, but you end up paying more for Fedex's stupid transaction fee more than anything.

I just ordered a pair of APC jeans from TBS so here's crossing my fingers hoping there's no custom fees on it.

The upper is all suede, sauconys have mesh and suede. I'm sure the suede is better, and theyre really only 320 if you live outside of the EU. Also, triple stitched seams, leather lined, the list goes on. Yes, they are overpriced, but they also have a lot of better features than the regular jazz shoes.
