    Is there a single disappointing episode you can share, or are you generally displeased? He has been pretty accommodating for me and friends. Refunded some fixes at the tailor for various small errors, added discount codes after the order were shipped, refunded transaction fees when stock errors made the order void (sucks, but can understand that it happens), etc.

    What's really annoying me is the guy only answers emails once a day... It's taking forever to resolve a problem. Making matters considerably worse, until yesterday evening they still had stock of the faulty jumper they sent me in my size, so could have replaced it. Because he's been so slow they've since sold out and I'm now faced with several further days of prolonged emails.

    Yeah, I had a couple of less than great experiences during the last sale. One was just an item being out of stock and a refund, which was fine. The other time they sent the wrong item (model, size, and color) and then said they couldn't find the original boots I ordered. A couple of weeks later I saw them selling 'my' boots on ebay :brick: . I guess I can't complain too much, though, since I never actually lost anything and I'm just a sale shopper anyway.
