Tailors in the Westwood (LA) area?

I'm looking for a (relatively) inexpensive tailor in the Westwood area of Los Angeles just for some pretty simple maintenance. I need some slacks hemmed, a suit zipper replaced, and some additional buttonholes added to the bottom of some dress shirts. For more complicated things/better pieces I use Paul at Wilshire Tailor, but he's on the expensive side, and not that convenient to Westwood. Thanks.

across from Wamu/The Grocery store, in the same shopping complex as Asakuma
