Tailors and shoes repairs in Tokyo

I need to find a good tailor in Tokyo to make alterations on coats and pants. Anyone knows any good one? so far, by asking friends I haven't got much.

While we're at it, I'll ask the same question for shoe repair and nice shoe stores....

Bumping an ancient thread (a single post, actually). Living in Tokyo, I have the same issue. Anyone know of a tailor in Tokyo who does quality alteration work at a reasonable price?
