Tailoring Shirts Question

I was given some beautiful Etro dress shirts recently but unfortunately they are a little too big for me. They have 15.5" collars but I normally wear 14.5". I know tailors can do sleeve and body work, but can they also adjust the collar size?

No, but you may be able to shrink the collars by washing them hot and drying them. Check this thread:
