Tailored Sweat Pants - Thoughts?

Found these at my favorite discounter and they were so damn comfortable, I decided to pick them up. Basically, tailored pants but in a thin sweatpant material -- olive green color. I can post pics if needed, but does anyone have suggestions as to what to do w/these things other than loafing around the house or going out for a quick errand or two? Trying to figure out if I should keep them or return for lack of usage -- sadly I have lots of stuff in my closet that I buy and never wind up using; worried this will be one of them.
